Annex Ten:
The 15th 2018 World Chin Woo Martial Arts Cultural Competition Competition Rules of Painting
I. Competition Contents:
1. Chinese Painting : The competitor shall make free proposition and adopt traditional style of painting with Xuan Paper according to the painting style of Chinese painting.
2. Western Painting: The style of painting and techniques shall be unlimited with free proposition.
II. Method of Competition:
1. Each Chin Woo Association shall participate, regardless of number of people, age and group.
2. The competitor shall bring their own painting instruments and papers. The papers shall be submitted to the judge group for identification and stamp, otherwise the entries shall be invalid.
3. The competitor shall finish the entry in two hours, and only one piece of painting shall participate in the competition.
III. Reward:
1. We will enroll top eight if the total number is more than eight, if the total number is less than eight, each category shall enroll the total-number-minus-one people.
2. Top three shall be awarded with gold medal, silver medal, bronze medal and certificates, others shall be awarded with certificates.
IV. Other Matters:
1. The competitor shall write clearly Chinese Painting or Oil Painting in the category column when filling the entry form.
2. We shall judge the rank after the end of the competition, and the winning entries shall be published in the competition area.
3. To ensure fair competition, do not sign country’ names and region’s names.
V. The unaccomplished matters shall be followed by further notice.
