The General Principles of the 15^th 2018 World Chin Woo Martial Arts Cultural Competition

V. Place: Yuyao International Convention Center of Zhejiang Province, PRC

VI. Contents:

1. Martial Arts Routine, Wushu, Calligraphy, Painting and Chinese Chess.

2. The executive committee meeting and joint conference of the presidents of World Chin Woo Federation.

VII. Qualification:

1. Attend the competition as a delegation of World Chin Woo Association. See the rules about number of registration and number of participation

2. If other delegates who do not join in the World Chin Woo Association attend the competition, such delegate will have no results.

VIII. Funds:

1. Participants shall bear daily round-trip travelling expenses. Members of association shall pay 60 USD per person per day, totally 300 USD for five days; and members of other groups shall pay 70 USD per person per day, totally 350 USD for five days; observers shall pay 80 USD per person per day, totally 400 USD for five days. The expenses include: transportation fee, accommodation fee (Note: This is double room. If you need single room, extra fee will be charged.), excursion fee and reception fee etc. The executive shall pay the insufficiency. The executive shall be in charge of the match referees and accommodation during the competition.

2. If any participant gives up the competition and fails to attend the competition, 80% of total entry fee remitted will be refunded, however, this refund will be handled within one week after the competition ends.

IX. Registration date:

The first registration: submit the total number of delegations before February 28, 2018.

The second registration: Confirm the list of delegations and participation items before April 30, 2018. Please attach 2 inches recent photograph without hat; one duplicate of passport or ID card; one Collective Security Responsibility Letter and one Cost Statistics Form.  The entry fee and entry form will be delivered at same time.

X. Registration

1. Delegates shall register to the organizer before 17：30 pm, August 8, 2018 (Wednesday) and leave on August 13 (Monday). Place: Yuyao International Convention Center of Zhejiang Province.

2. Delegates shall inform the organizer of the detailed information about the arrival time, date, flight and number of people in advance for reception.

3. Pickup points at airport and train station for delegates: Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport, Ningbo Lishe International Airport, Yuyao High-speed Rail North Station and Yuyao Train Station. If delegates arrive at other places, the delegates shall take short-distance traffic vehicles to register to the place where the competition is held.

4. The accommodation, transportation and excursion etc of all participating associations will be arranged by the competition. The competition will not receive any association that makes its own arrangement.

XI. Executive committee meeting and joint conference of the presidents of World Chin Woo Associations

1. Executive committee meeting of the president of World Chin Woo Association will be hosted during the competition. If any member has a proposal, please send it to the association secretariat before May 30, 2018 in written form for the agenda.

2. Each member of World Chin Woo Association can appoint one duly representative and one observer-representative to attend the conference, Chin Woo Federations which are not the associations can appoint one representative to attend the meeting.

XII. Other matters:

1. Each delegate shall carry the standard flag and the event flag (No. 3 flag).

2. Associations shall exchange souvenirs in the activities arranged by the organizer (The time is subject to the arrangement).

3. Each delegate shall be in charge of conducting personal insurances of participants. Each delegate shall responsible for the injuries on their own account at its own expense. The executive shall provide coordination and convenience.
